1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. If under 18, use the Site under a parent/guardian’s supervision.
• We may refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

2. Account Registration

• Creating an account enables faster checkout and order tracking; you can also checkout as a guest.
• Provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Product Information & Pricing

• Product images and descriptions are provided with care, but a 10–15% color/texture variation may occur due to screen/camera differences.
• Prices are in INR and include GST unless noted. Prices/availability may change without notice.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization. We may cancel or refuse an order if:

If a prepaid order is cancelled, refunds are issued to the original method within 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, partners, COD eligibility/charges, and restrictions are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date. Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. COD charges, return processing fees, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Where applicable, store credits (“Siripattu Coins”) do not expire.

7. Payments

• Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (as per eligibility).
• See COD fees and slabs inside the Shipping Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content (images, designs, logos, graphics, text) is the property of Siripattu (Vastranand Pvt. Ltd.) and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written consent.

9. User Conduct

• Do not engage in hacking, scraping, injecting malware, or abusive use of promo codes/referrals.
• Provide accurate shipping/billing details; do not submit fraudulent orders.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays/failures beyond our control (courier delays, customs, strikes, natural events). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product purchased.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.

12. Amendments

Siripattu may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
