At Siripattu (a child brand of Vastranand Pvt. Ltd.), we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We believe in express shipping—most orders are dispatched within 24–36 hours after the order is placed, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Order Processing & Cut-offs

  • Order cut-off times are guidelines and do not account for payment authorization delays.
  • We aim to dispatch orders as soon as products are ready and within the time shown on product pages.
  • In rare cases, a delay of up to 72 hours may occur due to designer/manufacturer constraints.
  • Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected or modified.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to destination customs clearance or other external factors.

Domestic Shipping (India)

All domestic orders are shipped by our courier partners between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

Courier Partners: FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Bluedart, DTDC, India Speed Post.

Shipping Charges: May vary by delivery location and are shown at checkout to maintain service levels and timelines.

International Shipping

  • We deliver worldwide using trusted courier partners.
  • Processing Time: 2–3 working days.
  • Estimated Delivery: 6–7 working days after dispatch (country-specific variations may apply).
  • Charges: ₹1,000 for the first product + ₹400 per additional product (final cost may vary by destination country).

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship items that our couriers restrict/ban/prohibit, including but not limited to: live animals, bullion, currency, bearer instruments, precious metals/stones, firearms/ammunition or parts, human remains, pornographic material, and illegal narcotics/drugs.

Insurance & Delivery Responsibility

  • Every purchase is insured in transit until delivery.
  • A signature is required upon delivery; responsibility for the goods transfers at that point.
  • If you’ve specified a recipient other than yourself (e.g., a gift), a signature at the delivery address is considered proof of delivery and fulfillment.

Taxes & Duties (GST & Customs)

For Indian Customers

  • GST is charged as per applicable laws and will be shown at checkout.

For International Customers

  • Packages are sent as personal use items wherever possible.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or charges levied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We will inform you via email/phone if such charges are notified by the courier or customs.

Goods & Services Tax (GST) Details

GST Applicability: If fulfillment is on/after 1 July 2017 and total discounts exceed 19% of MRP, GST may be collected in addition to the discounted price (includes offers like Buy 1 Get 1).

GST Amount (Category-wise):

  • Apparel/Clothing: Up to 12% of net payable (MRP − product discount − coupon discount).
  • Accessories/Other Categories: Up to 28% of net payable.

The GST shown in cart is an estimate. The actual GST is determined based on the shipping warehouse (post order placement). If the actual GST is lower than the estimate, the difference will be refunded.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charge Policy

Eligibility

  • COD available for orders between ₹600 and ₹30,000.
  • Orders below ₹600: COD not available.
  • Orders above ₹30,000: Prepaid only (no COD).

Prepaid & Payment Options

  • Prepaid: Available for all orders (no COD charge applies).
  • Payment Methods: Online payment gateways (credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI) and Bank Transfer.
