Return & Exchange Policy – siripattu.com

At Siripattu, a child brand of Vastranand Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We take pride in the craftsmanship of our sarees and aim to give you a seamless shopping experience. While we hope you love every piece, we understand that a return or exchange may sometimes be needed.

1. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at siripattu.india@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8154000069 within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number, unboxing video, and clear photos of the product.
  • You may choose a replacement or a full refund.
  • Refund Timeline: 5–7 business days to your bank account once approved.

Note:

  • Sale/Clearance items are not eligible.
  • Custom-stitched items (fall/pico, blouse, lehenga stitching) cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • A ₹150 processing fee per item will be deducted from all approved returns.
  • COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Requests via social media or phone calls are not accepted; only email/WhatsApp requests are valid.

2. Product Not Liked / Not as Expected

We understand personal preferences differ. If you are unhappy with your non-sale order:

  • Initiate a request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A ₹150 processing fee per item and any COD fee (if applicable) will be deducted.
  • Return shipping is customer-borne. You must share the tracking number & parcel image within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • After we receive and verify the product, you will be issued Siripattu Coins (store credits) equal to the product value.
    Coins never expire and can be used for any future purchase.
  • Cash refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

3. Size Issues

  • If you received the correct size as ordered, returns are not accepted.
  • If the wrong size was delivered, you can request an exchange for the same product, subject to stock availability.
  • For certain categories (e.g., stitched dresses), only exchanges are allowed—no returns.
  • To request an exchange, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Customized Orders

  • All customized sarees/blouses are prepaid only.
  • No return or exchange is permitted.
  • Customization may take 6–7 working days before dispatch.
  • A minimum customization charge of ₹650 applies.
  • Once confirmed, customization orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Color Variation Policy

  • A color variation of 10–15% may occur due to differences in screen/camera settings.
  • Returns/exchanges are not accepted for such minor variations.

6. Beads & Sequin Detailing

  • Sarees with bead/sequence work may experience minimal shedding. This is natural and not a defect.
  • Many such issues can be easily fixed by a local tailor.
  • Exchanges/refunds for beadwork shedding are not guaranteed.

7. International Orders (Stitching Issues)

  • Stitching services are offered for international customers at nominal cost.
  • Since standard sizes may not fit perfectly, please provide exact measurements at checkout.
  • Free alteration is offered once, but the customer must bear return shipping charges.
  • Stitched items are non-returnable and non-refundable under all conditions.

8. Exchange Policy Overview

  • Must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Approval is required before sending items back.
